Customer Portal Outage Scheduled for October 8

Be advised that our customer portal will be unavailable on October 8, 2018 beginning and 6:00pm EST and lasting approximately 5 hours. This outage is due to an upgrade being performed to improve performance and security of the customer portal and associated services.

User impacts will include:

  • Inability to access the customer portal
  • Inability to purchase new licenses
  • Licensing features and tools contained within SuiteCG will be unavailable

This outage should NOT affect the ability for current users to use MultiSport Scoreboard.
