Stream Powered Productions, LLC (SPP) respects the privacy of our customers and will never sell or distribute the information you supply to us. When you purchase a product, you must do so through an account on our secure Customer Portal. We will collect personal information including but not limited to your name, address and other contact information. We may also collect general metrics which are used internally to understand how our customers are using our products. All payments are processed through Paypal and we do not store any financial information such as credit/debit card numbers. Through the Customer Portal you can access your customer profile and view license information.

SPP will not sell or disclose any personal information to any third parties outside without your consent unless (a) required to do so by a court order or other legal process; (b) necessary to protect the rights and property of SPP or its other customers, including the enforcement of the User License; or (c) SPP has a good faith belief that such access or disclosure of the information is necessary to protect the personal safety of SPP employees, customers, or the public.

The Customer Portal is hosted on Concept Software’s secure servers. All personal data is stored with Concept Software and is accessible only to you and SPP and is not shared with third parties. Their privacy policy can be found here.
